Privacy Policy

Overview

Inkspire ("we", "our", or "us") is a deck-building app for Disney Lorcana TCG. We built Inkspire with privacy in mind: the app does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not track your activity.

Information We Do Not Collect

Inkspire does not collect, store, or transmit:

  • Your name, email address, or any account information
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics or behavioral data
  • Crash reports sent to our servers

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All data you create in Inkspire — your decks, collection, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app.

Third-Party Services Used by the App

Inkspire makes read-only network requests to two external services to display card information:

  • lorcanajson.org — provides the Lorcana card database (names, stats, text). No personal data is sent; only a standard HTTP request is made.
  • api.lorcana.ravensburger.com — Ravensburger's official card image API. No personal data is sent.

These services may log your IP address as part of standard web server operation. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

In-App Purchases

Inkspire offers optional paid subscriptions (Inkspire Pro). All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Inkspire is rated 9+ on the App Store, consistent with the official Disney Lorcana app. Because we do not collect any personal information, no special provisions are required under COPPA or similar regulations. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our support channel, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
