1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Inkspire ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Inkspire is a deck-building and collection management tool for Disney Lorcana TCG players. It provides deck construction, opening hand simulation, consistency scoring, synergy detection, and card browsing features. The App requires iOS 18 or later.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Inkspire is available in two tiers:

• Free — Up to 3 decks, basic analytics, and full collection tracking. No payment required.
• Inkspire Pro — Unlimited decks, advanced analytics (opening hand simulator, consistency scorer, synergy detection), and all future Pro features. Available as an annual subscription ($19.99/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($59.99).

4. Free Trial

Inkspire Pro includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

5. Billing and Cancellation

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime purchases are one-time and do not renew.

To cancel your subscription or manage your purchase, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We do not process refunds directly — refund requests must be submitted to Apple.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent in-app purchase verification or access Pro features without a valid subscription

7. Third-Party Content

Inkspire displays Lorcana card data and images sourced from lorcanajson.org and Ravensburger's official card image API (api.lorcana.ravensburger.com). This content is the property of their respective owners. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of third-party card data.

8. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Inkspire is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney or Ravensburger. Disney Lorcana is a trademark of Disney. All Disney Lorcana trademarks, card names, artwork, and related intellectual property are the property of Disney and/or Ravensburger. Inkspire uses publicly available card data solely to enable deck-building functionality for players.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that card data will always be current or accurate. Deck analytics (consistency scores, synergy detection, simulation results) are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee tournament or gameplay outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

11. Age Requirement

The App is rated 9+ on the App Store. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the age requirements set by Apple for your region.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
